12-18-18 Student Mission Briefing


GRYPHON MISSION BRIEFING
For Tuesday, December 18, 2018 – L-day
L3/L4 MIDTERMS

School Ops:
·      As a reminder – here is this week’s schedule:
o   Tuesday – regular full day, midterms in L3/L4 class
o   Wednesday and Thursday:  Cafeteria will have breakfast and lunch both days.  Buses run at regular times.
§  9:30 – 11:00 - 1st block
§  11:05 – 12:30 – 2nd block
§  12:30 – 1:15 – lunch for everyone, if not staying for lunch and you returned a permission form for exams, you may leave at 12:30, or eat lunch and then leave by 1:15.  If riding a bus you must wait in Commons until 4:30 when they run.
§  Wednesday – N1 & N2 midterms
§  Thursday – L1 & L2 midterms
o   Friday – no cafeteria service.  Students should only attend if they have an appointment with a teacher.

·      Shout out to teachers Mrs. Robbins and Mr. Gibson – they were selected by their peers as the L&N Teachers of the Year!

·      Good job to our bowling teams.  They each competed in the district tournament against South Doyle and although neither came away with a win, we had some personal bests.  Congrats to Grace Brison who beat the #1 girl in the district head-to-head 3 times in a row during the tournament!
