“L” Day Schedule

·      Attention students taking Dual Enrollment classes: Pellissippi classes start the week of Monday, August 26th.  

·      The following students need to pick up new schedules in the guidance office today: Grant Baumann, Matthew Barnard , Erik Conard, Jonathan Gammon, Braden Grant-Davis, Hunter Hawkins, Alex Hendrix, Austin Holloway, Isaiah Howell, Rowan Howell, Patrick Juhl, Robert Long , Brandon McCathern, Joseph Mcree, Zaccary Mieloch, Hannah Orick, Cibi Sripathi, Jaden Stone, Miranda Taylor, Valencia Whitehead

·      Deadline for Schedule Change Requests is 4:30 p.m. TODAY! If you requested a schedule change, please make sure you have responded if the counselors emailed you a question.  In cases where there were questions, several have not been processed because students or parents have not gotten back in touch with the counselor.  The deadline for changes is today, so if you fail to respond, your request will automatically be denied.

·      Students signed up for Dual Enrollment Photography need to attend a brief informational meeting on Monday morning at 9:00 in the War Room (behind the cafeteria line).  Your instructor will be here to go over important dates and info as well as talk to you about cameras. Please make every effort to attend.

·      Help us with traffic flow between classes by reserving the front “Hogwart’s” stairs for going up only in the Station and the stairs at the end of the hall near the Social Studies rooms to go down between classes.   

·      Yearbook photos will be next Tuesday, August 20.  You must bring the envelope you got in Advisory with the payment to order prints on picture day.

·      If you were on free and reduced lunch last year, your number is still valid (they don’t expire until mid-September).  Please use them as you go through the cafeteria line for breakfast and lunch.  No one should be going hungry while you wait to get this year’s status approved.  Be sure to check our website for the cafeteria menu (posted for the month).

·      If you are in need of help getting school clothes we can help.  See Ms. Patterson at the front office to ask about Clothes Cards.
