Apologies to those attending to participate in the NASA
webinar yesterday. That’s the thing
about technology - sometimes a solar storm just makes the International Space
Station a hard signal to pick up! J We’ll try again as
soon as a new date is announced.

Everyone plan to eat from the cafeteria today (Thursday)
because it is Christmas Dinner! Menu
includes turkey, pork roast, dressing, and pumpkin pie! Thanks to our wonderful kitchen staff who
work so hard to feed us all so well!

Don’t forget to return your early release permission slips
for next week! They were passed out in first period on Wednesday. Turn in to your first
period teacher by Monday, Dec 17. If you need them, there are extra copies in the front office.

SGA is selling candy cane messages today and
tomorrow only! The candy canes will be handed out during advisory on the
13th and 18th. Share your holiday spirit with the ones you love! $1 each

Service
Opportunities:

Ijams Nature Center has lots of opportunities for
service. For
example, they would like volunteers for their annual holiday craft party on 12/15 from 10-2. They’ll show you how
to do the craft and then you’ll help children and families make them during the
event. Lots of fun! If you are interested you may contact Sabrina
deVault, outreach coordinator, at sabrina@ijams.org.

meets Monday mornings at 9:00 in the
STEM space in the Depot.

Model UN meeting
Monday, We will elect officers as well as conference details including
registration and payment deadlines.

Asian
Culture & Language Club (ACLC): every Wednesday during Enrichment in D223.
·
Chess Club meets on Wednesdays from 8:45 to 9:15 a.m. in
the media center.

Gryphon Studios, film
club, on Thursday afternoons
