·      Congrats to the Men’s Eating Team (Mr. Fannon, Smith, and Webster) for winning the Chicken Contest yesterday 200 nuggets to 157.  Even better is the over $140 raised to support the charity projects of Gryphon Outreach this year!

·      The "Girl's Group" is sponsoring a food drive for FISH pantries. Each advisory will be given a box (or more if needed) on Tuesday Nov 12th  to begin collecting non-perishable food items. The advisory class that gathers the most food donations by Nov 26th will win a Krispy Kreme Donut party. Please encourage your classmates to participate in this worthy cause. If you fill your box ahead of time and need another one please email Mrs. Stewart or Mrs. Keith so we can collect the box and replace it.

·      Looking for something different to do before the UT/Vanderbilt kickoff?  How about a robot rally!  Come out and support the Robotics team – Sat, Nov 23.  Bring a tailgate dish to share and visit with local STEM professionals and the robotics team as they fundraise to restore the historic L&N neon sign that hangs on the front corner of the building.

·      Be on the lookout - on December 4th we will be having a faculty vs. Senior football game and tickets will be three dollars to watch during the last hour of an Early Release Wednesday schedule.  Monies raised will go toward scholarships for senior dues.  Tickets will go on sale during lunch soon.
