·      Did you know you have only 13 school days left in this semester?  Mid-terms and semester projects are just around the corner!
o   Keep focused and check out the mid-term schedule at the bottom of announcements.
o   Your teachers will determine due dates and test dates – the days below are the last possible dates.
o   You will receive the permission slips to get signed and returned to be able to leave at mid-days on the last two days during Advisory this week.

·      We have a new student club forming for those interested.  The Student Secular Alliance will meet with Mr. Webb in room G006, on Mondays (beginning 12/5), from 8:50 – 9:20 a.m.  This is a student run club that will feature educational presentations and free-thought discussions.

If you're someone who never has cash with you, this might be a perfect gift...for yourself! From regular coffee and herbal teas to vanilla cappuccino, hot chocolate, and caramel apple cider, we're sure to have something for everybody! Drop by the Media Center to pick one up or fill out the following form https://goo.gl/forms/WA4axTTY3WcjHLTo2 and then drop off cash or check to the attention of the Coffee Nook.

Community  & Guidance Ops:
·      Please remember to first check in with your teacher before going to the school counseling office if you are having an emergency.  If you would like to have a meeting about a non-urgent matter, email your school counselor to set up a time that works for both of you.  Know that you always have a safe place to talk, draw, or just have someone sit quietly near you while you process on your own.

Quote of the day from Babe Ruth:

Every strike brings me closer to the next home run.
(from your teachers – keep swinging!)
