GRYPHON TESTING ANNOUNCEMENTS
For Thursday, May 9, 2013
It is May – and that means it’s testing time! Here are some things to know and keep in mind
about how we “do testing” at the L&N:
o
Get a good night’s sleep the night before any
test – a rested brain is a focused brain.
o
Eat breakfast on test mornings – your brain
needs fuel.
o
Be sure you have #2 lead pencils to use during
testing.
o
Come prepared with a calculator (check with math
teachers for approved models) for math tests.
You will NOT be able to use your iPad or calculator on a cell phone.
o
Bring a book or something quiet that does NOT
include electronics to do after you finish your test. You will not be able to leave the room until
everyone is dismissed and will not be allowed to use your iPad, listen to an
iPod, or use a cellphone in a testing room.
